Greetings! I'm Judi Paris and I specialize in selling luxury properties in Howard CountyMaryland and the surrounding areas. I've been a top producing Realtor for over 20 years, and have served hundreds of happy clients. Using my keen sense of design, I help both Sellers and Buyers envision and realize the hidden possibilities and full potential in any home. Whether I'm working with downsizing Baby Boomers, relocating military, executors of estates, or experienced investors, I help my clients better define the vision of what they'd like to accomplish, and then I strive to meet and exceed those goals. I provide 'big-picture' perspective, effective strategies that bring results, and red-carpet service. From consultation to closing and beyond I am available to recommend and coordinate many complimentary services, such as haul away, handymen, and housekeeping.

I also use my recruiting experience to help my Home Buyers, especially in a tight inventory market like we currently have in Howard County, so I can effectively 'recruit' off-market properties to sell to my buyers.

• I have earned a special designation as an SRES (Seniors Real Estate Specialist) and I am a member of COGS (Coalition of Geriatric Services), an established network of professionals serving older adults in Central Maryland. When a senior is looking to downsize, I have the patience and know-how needed to optimize the process and results, along with the connections to simplify the coordination of any other desired related services- such as move managers, stagers, gardeners and handymen.
